एयरपोर्ट का स्थान और क्षेत्रफल
नया हवाई अड्डा सुल्तानगंज के देवघर रोड से पश्चिम और निर्माणाधीन फोरलेन सड़क से दक्षिण की ओर बनाया जाएगा। इसमें छह मौजा (गाँवों) की भूमि शामिल है: मसदी, नोनसर, राजगंज, कसबा, सुजापुर और मंझली। प्रस्तावित स्थान भागलपुर रेलवे स्टेशन से लगभग 30 किलोमीटर की दूरी पर स्थित है।

Location and Area of the Airport
The new airport will be built to the west of Deoghar Road and to the south of the under-construction four-lane highway in Sultanganj. The land for the project encompasses six mauzas (revenue villages): Masdi, Nonsar, Rajganj, Kasba, Sujapur, and Manjhli. The proposed site is located roughly 30 kilometers from Bhagalpur Railway Station.

The funds will be used to conduct a Pre-feasibility Study by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), New Delhi.
