सुलतानगंज , 27 सितंबर, २०२५: रेलवे नँ देवघर-अजगैबीनाथ (सुलतानगंज) क सोझे जोड़ै वाला सुलतानगंज-कटोरिया रेल लाइन परियोजना पर जरूरी खबर देलै छै। ७५ किलोमीटर लम्बा ई रेल लाइन केरौ काम दुर्गा पूजा के बाद जल्दिये शुरू होय केरौ उम्मीद छै।
ई परियोजना शिवभक्तो सब लेली बड़का राहत लानतै। एकरा पूरा होला पर श्रद्धालु अजगैबीनाथ सँ गंगाजल भरी क सोझे ट्रेन सँ बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम, देवघर जाबै सकतै।

तीर्थयात्रा होतै आसान: घटतै दूरी आरू समय
ई नया रेल लाइन भागलपुर आरू देवघर समेत पूरा देश केरौ शिवभक्तों केरौ सफर कें आसान बनाय देतै।
दूरी मँ कमी: अखनी सुलतानगंज सँ देवघर केरौ दूरी (भागलपुर, बांका, कटोरिया होतै) लगभग १३१ किलोमीटर छै, जे नया लाइन बनला के बाद घटी क लगभग १०१ किलोमीटर रही जेतै। ई सँ कनेक्टिविटी बहुत बढ़िया होतै।
लाभ: हर साल लाखो श्रद्धालु कें जल लैकै देवघर तक जाय मँ आसानी होतै।
परियोजना केरौ विवरण आरू लागत
रेलवे केरौ मुताबिक, ई परियोजना केरौ कुल लम्बाई ७४.८ किलोमीटर छै आरू एकरा पर नया अनुमान के हिसाब सँ लगभग १२६१ करोड़ रुपिया केरौ लागत लागतै।
मुख्य ठहराव: प्रस्तावित रेल खंड मँ सुलतानगंज आरू कटोरिया केरौ अलावा असरगंज, तारापुर, बेलहर, श्रीनगर आरू सूयाबथान मँ भी ठहराव देलौ गेलौ छै।
कटोरिया बनतै जंक्शन: अखनी बांका-जसीडीह रेल लाइन पर पड़लौ कटोरिया स्टेशन ई परियोजना पूरा होयला पर एगो जंक्शन स्टेशन बनी जेतै।
२५ साल पुरानो सपना कें मिललै गति
ई सुलतानगंज-देवघर रेल परियोजना पिछला २५ साल सँ रुकलौ (लम्बित) छलै। द्वादश ज्योतिर्लिंग मँ सँ एगो बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम आरू बिहार केरौ अजगैबीनाथ के बीच सोझे रेल कनेक्टिविटी केरौ ई सपना अब साकार होय रहलौ छै।
सांसद डॉ. निशिकांत दूबे नँ ई परियोजना लेल लगातार पहल करलकै। रेल मंत्री नँ एगो महिना पहलें ही सांसद कें चिठ्ठी लिखिकै ई परियोजना कें आगू बढ़ाय केरौ आरू मंजूर होय केरौ खबर देलै छेलै।
ई परियोजना संताल आरू अंग प्रदेश मँ बुनियादी ढांचा (इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर) केरौ विकास के कड़ी मँ एगो आरू जरूरी कदम छेकै, खासकर पीएम गति शक्ति योजना के तहत देवघर-मोहनपुर नया रेल लाइन केरौ उद्घाटन के बाद।

रेलवे ने देवघर-अजगैबीनाथ (सुल्तानगंज) को सीधे जोड़ने वाली सुल्तानगंज-कटोरिया रेल लाइन परियोजना पर महत्वपूर्ण अपडेट दिया है। 75 किलोमीटर लंबी इस रेल लाइन का काम दुर्गा पूजा के बाद जल्द ही शुरू होने की उम्मीद है।
यह परियोजना शिवभक्तों के लिए बड़ी राहत लाएगी। इसके पूरा होने पर श्रद्धालु अजगैबीनाथ से गंगाजल भरकर सीधे ट्रेन से बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम, देवघर आ सकेंगे।
तीर्थयात्रा होगी आसान: घटेगी दूरी और समय
यह नई रेल लाइन भागलपुर और देवघर सहित देश भर के शिव भक्तों के सफर को आसान बना देगी।
दूरी में कमी: अभी सुल्तानगंज से देवघर की दूरी (वाया भागलपुर, बांका, कटोरिया) लगभग 131 किलोमीटर है, जो नई लाइन बनने के बाद घटकर लगभग 101 किलोमीटर रह जाएगी। इससे कनेक्टिविटी काफी बेहतर होगी।
लाभ: प्रतिवर्ष लाखों श्रद्धालुओं को जल लेकर देवघर तक जाने में आसानी होगी।
परियोजना का विवरण और लागत
रेलवे के अनुसार, इस परियोजना की कुल लंबाई 74.8 किलोमीटर है और इस पर नवीनतम अनुमानों के मुताबिक लगभग 1261 करोड़ रुपये की लागत आएगी।
प्रमुख ठहराव: प्रस्तावित रेल खंड में सुल्तानगंज और कटोरिया के अलावा असरगंज, तारापुर, बेलहर, श्रीनगर और सूयाबथान में भी ठहराव दिया गया है।
कटोरिया बनेगा जंक्शन: अभी बांका-जसीडीह रेल लाइन पर स्थित कटोरिया स्टेशन इस परियोजना के पूरा होने पर एक जंक्शन स्टेशन बन जाएगा।
25 साल पुराने सपने को मिली गति
यह सुल्तानगंज-देवघर रेल परियोजना पिछले 25 साल से लंबित थी। द्वादश ज्योतिर्लिंग में से एक बाबा बैद्यनाथ धाम और बिहार के अजगैबीनाथ के बीच सीधी रेल कनेक्टिविटी का यह सपना अब साकार होने जा रहा है।
सांसद डॉ. निशिकांत दुबे ने इस परियोजना के लिए लगातार पहल की। रेल मंत्री ने एक महीने पहले ही सांसद को पत्र लिखकर इस परियोजना को आगे बढ़ाने और स्वीकृत होने की जानकारी दी थी।
यह परियोजना संताल और अंग प्रदेश में बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास की कड़ी में एक और महत्वपूर्ण कदम है, खासकर पीएम गति शक्ति योजना के तहत देवघर-मोहनपुर नई रेल लाइन के उद्घाटन के बाद।
