The decision to establish a mega handloom cluster at Godda in Santhal Pargana, an increased budgetary support under the Backward Region Grant Fund (BRGF) and soft loan to woman self-help groups (SHGs) in Maoist-hit districts have given enough reasons to Jharkhand to dream for a better future.
